I have been there, maybe till now but It's going better than before, just forbid your brain from thinking by Its own, keep It busy, read books, play puzzles or listen to a story from YouTube, It's what It is and what's done is done, keep going, and I will keep doing the same till I feel better. And the most effective way for you to get better is to accept what you're feeling, that you're lost and confused, tell yourself it's okay to feel that way, and accept it, what you're feeling is just a part of you, you don't resist it, you learn how to live with it, by keeping your mind busy like i mentioned above.
